In-Home: Enjoy the benefits of both massage and yoga, in one session. For example, 30 minutes massage followed by 30 minutes private yoga practice. Or, we can focus solely on your yoga practice for an hour in-home session.
Yoga mats and blocks can be provided for individuals or two people.
