GUIDED JOURNEY MEDITATION CLASSES
Join my husband and myself for a relaxing guided meditation at Peace in the Forest on Tuesday mornings at 10 or Thursday evenings at 7pm.
One hour long, these relaxing classes are great for any level meditators. Yoga mats, blankets, eye pillows and head pillows are all provided. Feel free to bring your own props as well, if you prefer.

MONTHLY BREATHWORK CLASSES
Join Michael for a breathwork class on either the second Tuesday evening at 6 or fourth Saturday afternoon at 2 every month. Michael teaches a reduced-breathing technique called Buteyko Method that helps to calm to the system. Read more about this here.
MEDITATION & BREATHWORK COACHING
Michael Jorge also offers coaching and resources to help bring about physical homeostasis, mental clarity and awareness, and spiritual development through the power of Breath.
Individual appointments are offered in the comfort of your own home in the Raleigh and surrounding area, as well as virtually on Zoom. Michael is donation-based so anyone, anywhere can benefit from the subtle breathing practices.
