Relaxation-focused experiences designed to complement massage therapy and encourage deep rest for both body and mind.

Massage + Guided Meditation

A calming experience that combines massage therapy with a short guided meditation designed to help quiet the mind and encourage full-body relaxation.

Massage + Guided Stretching

Enhance your massage session with gentle guided stretching designed to help release tension, improve mobility, and create a greater sense of ease in the body.

As a yoga teacher and massage therapist, Amy guides clients through simple stretches performed on a provided yoga mat following their massage session.

Stretching sessions may focus on:

  • hips and lower back

  • posture support

  • relaxation and breath awareness

No yoga experience or flexibility is required. Sessions are fully customized to your comfort level and wellness goals.

Guided sessions focused on calming the nervous system through gentle breathing practices, mindful awareness, meditation, and reflective support.

Inspired by the Buteyko Method and the principles behind the True Breathing approach, these sessions emphasize gentle breath awareness, relaxation, and nervous system balance in a calm and approachable way.

Calm Breathing & Meditation Session

A personalized one-on-one session designed to explore breathing habits, stress patterns, relaxation techniques, and mindful awareness practices that support greater calm and presence.

Sessions may include:

Michael Jorge is a breath-based wellness educator whose approach blends Buteyko Method-inspired breathing practices, meditation, nervous system awareness, and reflective conversation.

His sessions are inspired by the principles behind the True Breathing approach and are designed to help people cultivate greater calm, clarity, and presence in everyday life.

and through occasional workshops and wellness events.
