Body & Mind Sessions: Massage, Guided Meditation & Breathwork in Cary, NC

I believe that true wellness involves more than simply addressing physical tension. While massage can be a powerful tool for relaxation, many clients are also looking for ways to calm the mind, reduce stress, ease feelings of anxiety, and create more space for themselves in their busy lives.
That's why I'm excited to introduce a new category of offerings: Body & Mind Sessions.
These experiences are designed to support both physical and mental well-being through a combination of massage, meditation, stretching, and breathwork.

One of the newest additions is Massage + Guided Meditation. Following your massage, you can remain comfortably resting on the table while I guide you through a gentle 10-minute meditation. This peaceful addition allows you to slow down, breathe, and enjoy a few extra moments of relaxation before returning to your day. Many clients find that meditation helps quiet mental chatter, reduce stress, and cultivate a greater sense of calm. No meditation experience is necessary, simply listen and allow yourself to rest.
I'm also offering Massage + Guided Stretching sessions. These personalized stretches focus on areas of tension and restriction, helping you move with greater ease while extending the benefits of your massage.

In addition, I'm excited to introduce Breathwork & Meditation Sessions with my husband, Michael.

Michael has spent years studying and practicing meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, philosophy, and personal development. His sessions are welcoming to those who are completely new to meditation and aren't sure where to begin, as well as experienced practitioners seeking deeper exploration, guidance, or support in their existing practice.
Many people today struggle with stress, racing thoughts, overwhelm, or anxiety. Through guided meditation and personalized breathwork practices, Michael helps clients develop practical tools for cultivating greater calm, resilience, self-awareness, and presence in everyday life.
Michael offers one on one sessions, or groups/workshops in the Cary Studio, your home, or place of need (yoga studios, company wellness, etc.). Read more about Michael and his background here.
