These optional, complimentary touches do not change session length or pricing. They are simply a gift to you for the month of February. Enjoy them alongside your spouse, partner, friend, sister, or simply for your own self-care :)

February Valentine's Month Relaxing Enhancements from Bodywork by Amy

I recently discovered Rooted Earth Farm, a small Maine-based business creating organic body products using ingredients grown on their own sustainable farm. I love that they offer clean products for humans AND pets! Read more about the detailed ingredients from their website at the bottom of this post.

Here are the enhancements you can enjoy during your Sweet February Massage Sessions:

Rose Petal–Infused Body & Massage Oil

A nourishing, lightweight massage oil infused with rose petals for a smooth, calming glide.

This oil feels moisturizing without being heavy and has a very subtle, natural rose aroma. It’s used during massage to support relaxation and skin hydration and can be skipped or swapped for unscented oil at any time.

Lavender Eye Pillow

A gently weighted eye pillow placed during the faced-up part of the session. The eye pillow provides light pressure over the eyes to encourage rest and reduce sensory input. Lavender is kept subtle and can be omitted entirely upon request.

Organic Chocolate

A small piece of organic chocolate offered at the close of the session. This is simply a small, optional treat to enjoy after your session or take with you.

Rose & Jasmine Clay Face or Back Mask

This enhancement is for the Cary Studio only as it requires a warm, damp cloth and sink.

A lovely blend of bentonite clay, rose powder, and jasmine botanical extract, this botanical clay mask is applied during your massage and gently removed with a warm, moist microfiber towel. It’s designed to feel grounding and nourishing for the skin.

For in-home sessions, just mention you'd like the Sweet February offerings (eye pillow with lavender essential oil, chocolates and rose-infused massage oil). Email to schedule in-home sessions.

In-Home Massage Therapy in the Cary and Raleigh, NC area

For Sweet February sessions in the Cary Studio, simply book online and select which enhancements you'd like. The Flower Petal Mask for the face or back can only be offered in the Cary Studio. Schedule 60 minutes. Schedule 90 minutes.

Cary Studio is near downtown Cary in a residential neighborhood,

For Couple's Massages ( back to back sessions) it is best to enjoy this service in-home as there is not a designated waiting room in the Cary Studio. Some couples still enjoy to get out of the house and will just schedule two back to back sessions in the Cary Studio and drive separately. Both options are great, I just wanted to be as clear as possible about that :)
